As he approached the shop, he saw men in old-fashioned morning coats and women in flowing gowns strolling past. He did a double take… but by the time he looked again, they had vanished.⁠

There’s been many sightings of a ghostly spirit dressed in a dark blue uniform with a gold braid accoss his chest. On one particular account, he nudged a guest and said he wanted “to tell someone his sorrowful plight.” ⁠

He followed with a request to understand why the people walking by could hear voices coming from devices held against their ears (cell phones), but not hear him… A plight indeed! Next time you’re walking by the brick wall near Port City Pottery, try to slow down and listen, you might just catch him trying to get a word in.👻📱
